Studies Have Shown

Me: It’s not like your life is so much harder than everyone else’s.
B: Actually, it is.
Me: Really?
B: Other people have it much easier. Studies have shown.
Me: Really? What studies?
B: Studies that I have conducted.
Me: Describe.
B: Everyone I meet, I ask them how they are and they all say “Fine.”
