    I love fig jam on burgers so so much. And any jam will do in a pinch.

    I have experienced fig jam, but not enough to have a definite opinion on it–I must search out more on your recommendation! I mainly like all *flavours* of jam, but not all brands of the store bought stuff. A cheap jam, with little to no actual fruit, just sugar, dye, and pectin, is a deeply sad experience. I’d rather eat toast dry.
